Team Mamba Girls Basketball is a competitive, high-level girls basketball program focused on skill development, basketball IQ, and elite competition. Our mission is to develop confident, disciplined athletes prepared to compete at the next level—on and off the court.

COACHING STAFF
Coach Ryan- Head Coach/Founder
AAU Basketball Coach
Coach Ryan LaGrone brings an elite athletic background and a deep passion for player development to AAU basketball. With three years of AAU coaching experience, Coach LaGrone works with middle school and high school girls, focusing on high-level skill development, defensive intensity, and basketball IQ.
Coach LaGrone has been immersed in basketball since the age of three and was a four-year high school starter. During his playing career, he earned All-Conference honors three times, All-State recognition twice, and was named Southeast MVP on two occasions. He was also a three-time All-Conference selection, Freshman of the Year runner-up, and an All-Star Game 3-Point Shootout Champion.
He went on to compete at the Division level in both football and baseball, bringing a unique understanding of elite competition, training demands, and metal toughness.
As a coach, Ryan LaGrone emphasizes discipline, accountability, and elite-level preparation. His goal is to develop confident, high-IQ athletes who can compete at the next level while building habits that translate beyond the game of basketball.
